All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Estimates and Quotes
Free estimates provided are approximations based on the information provided and initial assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual project conditions, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during the project. All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A deposit may be required before work begins
- Payment schedules will be outlined in your project contract
- Final payment is due upon project completion
- Accepted payment methods include check, cash, and electronic transfer
- Late payments may incur additional fees
5. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, unforeseen complications, or changes in project scope. We will make every reasonable effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe and will communicate any delays promptly.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the project scope
- Ensuring access to work areas during scheduled times
- Moving or protecting valuable items and furniture
- Disclosing any known issues with surfaces to be painted
- Providing utilities (water, electricity) as needed
- Securing pets during work hours
7. Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship and offer the following warranties:
- Workmanship warranty covering application defects
- Product warranties as provided by manufacturers (Sherwin-Williams)
- Warranty does not cover damage from improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear
Specific warranty terms and duration will be provided in your project contract.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms:
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before start date: Full refund of deposit
- Cancellations made within 48 hours: Deposit may be forfeited
- Cancellations after work has begun: Payment due for work completed and materials purchased
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, To Do More Home Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Insurance and Licensing
To Do More Home Services maintains appropriate insurance coverage and complies with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of To Do More Home Services and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
12. Photography and Testimonials
By engaging our services, you grant us permission to photograph the completed project for our portfolio and marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out in writing. We may also request permission to use your testimonial and name for marketing purposes.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Pennsylvania law.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Changes to Terms
